Fix behaviour of Context#stack when Context#push raises.
...
We only want to pop the scope at the end of the method if pushing it
succeeded, so the push needs to be outside the block with the ensure.

Add some failing tests for Context.
...
Using an attribute should only cause the corresponding method to be invoked
once. Replacing a lambda with its return value should work for arrays.
Array index syntax shouldn't allow calls to special methods.
