This document consolidates all procedural audio gaps, missing discrete sound effects, and atmospheric enhancements identified across the 10 universe themes in [sound_reference.md](sound_reference.md).
Its purpose is to serve as an actionable, prioritized implementation roadmap for future procedural audio synthesis passes in js/audio.js and js/config.js, organized strictly by **implementation difficulty** to enable structured sprints—from immediate quick wins to complex multi-oscillator synthesis engines.

## 3. Telemetry Router Roadmap
Currently, `TelemetrySynth` in `js/audio.js` dispatches discrete random pings based solely on Starfleet eras (`tos`, `tng`, `ds9`, `voyager`, `nx`). Non-Trek universes are forced to approximate their telemetry using Trek sound sets.
The table below outlines the implementation specifications for the three new proposed telemetry engines:

| New Telemetry Era | Target Universe(s) | Acoustic Primitives | Synthesis Architecture |
|---|---|---|---|
| `who` | Whoniverse (All TARDIS presets) | Mechanical toggle snaps, tumbler dials, spring levers, rotary selector clunks. | Dual-filtered short noise pulses (20–45 ms), square wave click transients (60–120 Hz), and damped mechanical pings without electronic beeps. |
| `bioship` | Bioships (Moya, Lexx, Species 8472, Wraith) | Vascular surges, chitinous joint snaps, bioplasmic fluid pops, membrane flutters. | Asymmetric shaped sine thumps (30–90 Hz), bandpass-filtered wet fluid impulses (500–1400 Hz), and micro-envelope noise ticks. |
| `belter` | Space Stations, Industrial Space (Ceres, Tycho, Rocinante) | Worn electrical contactors, loose solenoid chatter, relay contact bounce, drifting clock pings. | Jittered square waves with randomized micro-dropouts, harsh metallic click transients (400–1800 Hz), and noisy relay chatter bursts. |
