Adds a zh-TW translation with Taiwan vocabulary conventions
(e.g. 預設 / 儲存 / 載入 / 匯入 / 匯出 / 設定 / 檔案 / 伺服器 / 裝置 / 網路).
Registers it alongside en and zh-CN; the language dropdown picks it up
automatically from SUPPORTED_LANGUAGES.
