Add GitHub Actions workflow for automated release process. Includes support for multiple platforms (macOS, Ubuntu, Windows) and installation of dependencies. Updated build script to check for local editable qwen_tts installation and added it to PyInstaller paths. Enhanced requirements.txt to include qwen-tts dependency.
