Phase 0 renamed and relocated copies
Result: Passed as user-reported manual evidence.
The requested procedure was to open a renamed copy of probe version 3 in the same folder, then another copy in a different folder, and report restoration before importing or changing anything. The user replied: “yes, each restored exhibit and settings”.
Both copies therefore recovered the cached exhibits and settings in the tested browser environment. This observation does not support assuming storage is isolated by individual HTML filename or containing folder. Keep the runtime database namespaced and treat same-profile copies as potentially sharing cached state.
The exact alternate paths and separate JSON captures were not supplied. The browser environment is inherited from the ongoing manual Chrome 152 test; no cross-profile, cross-browser, or cross-device behavior was tested. Restoration after renaming or relocating is observed here, not guaranteed for every browser configuration. The supported baseline remains the tested same-file restart behavior, with file import and session operation available when persistence is unavailable.
The GC1 rename/move observation check is complete. Offline, remaining import/fallback, and browser profile/storage-mode observations remain pending. Phase 0 shared contracts also remain unfinished.
