This devlog entry records the commit that finalised Step 4 of the XZBT‑NGN exhibit project. The commit adds the following new files:

- STEP4‑MVP‑REPORT.md
|
||
- Documentation under `docs/` covering the implementation plan, authoring guide, and contract specification.

||

||

|
||
